In order to improve the living conditions of young scientists, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation is issuing state housing certificates in 2022 for the purchase of residential premises for young scientists of scientific organizations.
In connection with the redistribution of federal budget allocations for the 2022 financial year and for the planning period 2023-2024 in terms of increasing funding for events in 2022, the Russian Ministry of Education and Science announces an additional collection of documents from young scientists who have expressed a desire to become participants in events in 2022
A young scientist can apply for a payment under the following conditions:
- His/her age does not exceed 35 years (for candidates of sciences) or 40 years (for doctors of sciences);
- must work in a scientific organization as a researcher and the total length of service in this capacity is at least five years.
Documents are drawn up strictly in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of December 03, 2018 No. 69n. “On some issues of providing young scientists with scientific organizations or educational organizations of higher education subordinate to the Ministry, social payments for the purchase of residential premises” and are provided on paper.
In order to simplify the procedure for collecting and submitting documents by young scientists, on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia in the "Housing Policy" subsection of the "Activities" section, there is an algorithm for the actions of young scientists of scientific (educational) organizations necessary to participate in events.
