Alexey Elizariev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, became a member of the expert council of the All-Russian competitions of youth projects under the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).
He will have to conduct an independent evaluation of the projects of the participants in the Rosmolodezh grant competitions. These competitions are aimed at involving young people in active social practice, developing the creative abilities of young people, increasing their civic engagement, creating an effective system of social elevators for self-realization and unlocking potential in the interests of the country's development.
This year, 1,363 applications were received from candidates, and only 640 people, following the results of the competitive selection, became members of the expert council.
It should be noted that the youth teams of USATU are regular participants in federal grant competitions for youth projects, have repeatedly become winners, and grant recipients following the results of federal competitions held by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency Rosmolodezh.
