February 23 is a special date for everyone who wore or wears shoulder straps and military uniforms. Despite the change of times and political systems, this holiday, like decades ago, is associated primarily with the courage and resilience of the human character, fortitude and devotion to the Motherland!
Defender of the Fatherland Day is a glorious and majestic story of the exploits of our people and its representatives. This is a school for the education of young people who have dedicated themselves to the military profession and serve the cause of maintaining peace in their country and abroad. This is an example of true patriotism for every person and citizen, a clear evidence of the unity of all generations of the Russian army.
I send my special congratulations to the officers and commanders of our Military Training Center. These people forever connected their fate with army service and are now passing on their knowledge and experience of military affairs to future lieutenants and soldiers.
On this wonderful holiday of courage, heroism, valor and honor, I wish everyone good health, a peaceful sky, warmth, and a festive mood!
